The pump has a displacement body (30) whose front sides (31, 32) are subjected and partially subjected to high pressure at output sides and low pressure at input sides, respectively, to apply axial force (34) on the side (31) and other forces on the side (32). The body is arranged in an axial direction between axial displacement space peripheries (21, 22). The forces act against the force (34). A compensation surface is formed from a base of a compensation recess e.g. compensation groove, provided in the side (32). The recess is connected with a receiving space over a connection channel.
