PURPOSE: A fluorescent lamp feeder and a fluorescent lamp supplying method are provided to install a supporting plate within a container for receiving fluorescent lamps, and to eject the fluorescent lamps by raising the supporting plate, thereby safely supplying the fluorescent lamps. CONSTITUTION: A container(12) offers a receiving space for receiving fluorescent lamps. A container has a discharge hole from which the fluorescent lamps are discharged. The fluorescent lamps are disposed in an upper part of a supporting plate(14). The supporting plate rises up within the receiving pace, and discharges the fluorescent lamps through the discharge hole. The supporting plate is downwardly inclined toward the discharge hole.
