RESTORATION-ELECTRIC POWER STORAGE APPARATUS OF ELECTRIC RAILWAY WITH FUNCTION OF BALANCING MULTI STORAGE MODULE CURRENT

PURPOSE: A regenerative power storage unit of an electric line having the current balancing control function of a multiple store module is provided to be compatibly applied to all storage devices regardless of the maker and property of the storage devices, thereby facilitating maintenance and remarkably reducing management expenses. CONSTITUTION: A regenerative power storage module part(100) is configured by the multiple combination of regenerative power storage modules(100a~100n). After storing electricity created in the braking of an electro locomotive, the regenerative power storage modules supply the electricity to wiring. According to the capacity property of the storage unit of each regenerative power storage module, a current balancing controller(200) controls the charge and discharge current of each regenerative power storage module. The current balancing controller outputs a control signal to the controller of each regenerative power storage module. A filter unit is electrically connected to the wiring to remove high frequency component. The storage unit(50) is comprised of a double-layer capacitor storing electric energy.
