PURPOSE: Functional fabric and clothes are provide to maintain mosquito repellent function for a long time by mixing the fabric with pigment in which a mosquito repellent is mixed, dyeing or printing the fabric. CONSTITUTION: Functional fabric includes fabric(100) and a mixing agent layer(210). The mixing agent layer includes pigment and a mosquito repellent. At least a part of the fabric is dyed or printed through the mixing agent. A coating layer(220) is formed on the top of the mixing layer. The mosquito repellent includes mosquito repellent components contained in a microcapsule.
