PURPOSE: A heat pipe with a micro channel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve a capillary force at a bottom point of a micro channel. CONSTITUTION: A top plate(210) has a width which is reduced from an entrance to a bottom point. The top plate includes a top groove in which both side walls are met at the bottom point. A bottom plate(220) is formed to a bottom part of the top plate, and has a width which is reduced from the entrance to the bottom point. The bottom plate includes a bottom groove in which both side walls are met at the bottom point. A middle plate(230) is positioned between the top plate and the bottom plate, and includes a through region.
