<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a black aqueous ink composition and its manufacturing method having small particle diameter excellent in dispersing stability capable of carrying out a high density recording in inkjet recording and excellent in discharge stability. SOLUTION: (1) This black aqueous ink composition uses a carbon black obtained by removing an organic solvent soluble component in the aqueous ink at least including carbon black and a water-soluble resin. (2) A manufacturing method for the aqueous ink comprises mixing and agitating the carbon black with a water-immiscible organic solvent to extract and remove a hydrophobic organic solvent soluble component adsorbed on the surface of the carbon black particle and then dispersing in an aqueous medium with a water-soluble resin.</p> |
