PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for verifying the validity of an electronic document to be stored and that the electronic document to be stored is not deleted without using all electronic documents to be stored and all signature values. SOLUTION: A time stamp object acquisition part 4 acquires a hash value of signature value of the previous storage object file, a number showing the storage order of the storage object file, and a patient ID showing a subject of the storage object file, and also acquires a hash value of signature value of a current storage object file, a number showing the storage order of this storage object file, and a patient ID showing a subject of this storage object file. A time stamp assignment part 5 connects each piece of the acquired information, calculates and gives a hash value of the connected data to a TSA 6 to acquire time stamp information, and stores the time stamp information in a signed numbering management part 2 in association with the current storage object file.
