PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a route output device that causes a display device to perform displaying which is capable of allowing a user to readily determine whether or not the user will travel via a position around a route. SOLUTION: A plurality of routes from a departure node A to a destination node K are computed so as to obtain a link traveling time period of each of the routes and each margin time period for arrival at the destination node by a target arrival clock time is computed for each of the routes. The computed margin time periods are displayed on a display section by respectively correlating them with the routes. In accordance with the above configuration, the user can see each of the routes displayed on the display section and know the margin time of the route at the same time. Namely, the user can determine whether or not the user travels via a position around the computed route without setting via-points respectively. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
