PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing container of radioactive wastes equipped with a floating preventing tool that facilitates fixing to a container. SOLUTION: The processing container 10 of the radioactive wastes includes the floating preventing tool 20. The processing container includes an annular groove 11a on the inner surface of the container sidewall in the vicinity of a top opening at least. The floating preventing tool includes a tool body 21 arranged inside the processing container at a position corresponding to the annular groove, a lock means 22 which is locked to the annular groove so as to fix the tool body inside the processing container using the annular groove, and the floating preventing means 23 of the radioactive wastes fixed to the tool body or the lock means or provided to the tool body.
