PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform, for example, connection between a duct and a sleeve, in a unit floor construction method. SOLUTION: On the ground, a branch duct 31 is prearranged on a deck plate 2 in such a manner that the axial center of the branch duct 31 corresponds to that of the sleeve 61 to be connected; and a sliding joint 32, which can freely slide in an axial direction in the state of being fitted into the opening end of the branch duct 31, is provided at the opening end thereof. A floor unit 1 is constructed through the above steps. In addition, on the ground, an opening 6a is preformed in a girder 6, so that the sleeve 61 can be attached. After the installation of the floor unit 1 on the girder 6, the sliding joint 32 is slid to the side of the sleeve 61, so that the branch duct 31 and the sleeve 61 can be connected together.
