<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative power supply voltage generation circuit which obtains a stable negative power supply voltage from a positive power supply voltage. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The negative power supply voltage generation circuit includes: an oscillation output circuit which outputs an oscillation pulse signal from an oscillator from a first output terminal of a driver, which is constituted by either of an emitter-follower circuit and a source follower circuit, as the oscillation pulse signal output of a positive voltage; a negative voltage conversion output circuit which converts the oscillation pulse signal output of the positive voltage to that of a negative voltage based on the amplitude of the oscillation pulse signal output, and outputs the oscillation pulse signal converted to the negative voltage as the negative voltage output which is used as a negative power supply; a feedback circuit which outputs a feedback signal based on the negative voltage output; and a control circuit which controls the amplitude of the oscillation pulse signal to be added to the driver, based on the feedback signal, so that the feedback signal has a predetermined fixed value.
