<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of poor working efficiency in building up and dismantling because single pipes are arranged in horizontal and vertical directions and fastened and connected by clamps using a wrench in the case of constructing a scaffolding jamb on an unstable place of the ground, a slope, or the like. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A unitized frame-like body 13 is used for connecting a plurality of erected posts 5. An insertion type connecting implement 21 is mounted to the frame-like body 13 and inserted in an insertion opening 7 provided at the post 5, from the upper side for connection.
