摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a light weight styrene-based resin-extruded foam material having strength, heat insulation, flame retardancy and surface property suitable for the uses of construction materials and industrial materials by using water and carbon dioxide having an environmental aptitude as main foaming agents. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the styrene-based resin-extruded foam material having the above characteristics stably by heating for melting the styrene-based resin, adding the foaming agent to the styrene resin, extruding for foaming through a die and molding by using an extrusion-forming mold joined with the die is provided by using: as a foaming agent, at least one selected from the group consisting of the water and carbon dioxide; and the extrusion-forming mold attached with a fluorine resin layer of 20 to 3,000 μm on the resin-flowing wall surface, and by regulating the mold temperature.
