PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition and a method for delivering folic acid to a subject suffered from or having a high risk of becoming to be suffered from diseases treatable by the folic acid. SOLUTION: This folic acid is characterized by being contained in a pharmaceutical composition administered for a long period of time continuously for aiming at the treatment or prevention of diseases which are different from the diseases treated by the folic acid, and concretely, it is applied as the pharmaceutical composition containing a hormone supplement composition and the folic acid as active ingredients for preventing or treating hypogonadal condition, or as the pharmaceutical composition of which applicable diseases are cardiovascular diseases.
