The device (70) has inclination sensor system (40) in an overhead tachometer (50). The inclination sensor system is formed in such a manner that the inclination sensor system allows further measurement with an inclination determination of stand axis (23) in hanging position of the overhead tachometer apart from a measurement with an inclination determination of the stand axis in upright position.
