<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article suitable for individual hair, in view point of a customer, by providing a selection reference based on a data in response to a characteristic of the hair of the customer, since the customer has a tendency of purchasing the article based on an image by advertisement, a catchphrase, a content (component or the like) and the like, because no chance for selecting the article fit to own hair quality/a hair state/preference exists, in particular, in a hair caring related field. <P>SOLUTION: This hair diagnostic system includes hair quality diagnostic equipment provided with a microscope built in with a CCD or CMOS camera, and mounted with a white illumination LED and a lens, an information terminal such as a cellular phone held in the customer and built in with an odor sensor, a host computer in a product developing company connected to a PC or the cellular phone held in the customer via a communication line, and a member management server in a sales company connected to the host computer via a communication line, and the hair diagnostic system develops a product in response to the hair quality/hair state/preference of the customer, and proposes the article. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
