CONTENT DISTRIBUTION APPARATUS, TERMINAL DEVICE, AND COMPUTER PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content distribution apparatus and terminal device in which information of contents can be preferentially or forcibly viewed via a peer-to-peer type communication system.

SOLUTION: The content distribution apparatus includes: a broadcast information generating unit for generating broadcast information; a broadcast information sending unit for broadcasting the broadcast information to a terminal via a network; a content request information receiving unit for receiving content request information sent from the terminal on the basis of the broadcast information; a content decision unit for confirming whether requested contents meet a license condition and are accumulated, by referring to content accumulation unit, and reading the contents from the content accumulation unit when the contents meet the license condition and are accumulated; and a content sending out unit for transmitting the contents read by the content decision unit to the terminal device of a request source.
