<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for an air-conditioning secondary pump capable of carrying out proper air-conditioning control, and having a large energy saving effect. <P>SOLUTION: The controller for an air-conditioning secondary pump is equipped with an air-conditioning secondary pump 2 carrying out variable speed rotation to vary a delivery pressure of water for air-conditioning, a temperature detector 8 detecting a temperature of an air-conditioning target place, an air-conditioning temperature controller 9 for setting an air-conditioning temperature of the air-conditioning target place, a pressure detector 6 detecting the delivery pressure of the water for air-conditioning delivered from the air-conditioning secondary pump 2, and a pressure setting function calculating part 12 calculating a pressure setting function indicating relationship between a flow rate and the delivery pressure of the water for air-conditioning supplied from the air-conditioning secondary pump 2 in response to a deviation between an air-conditioning set temperature and an actual temperature of the air-conditioning target place. A pressure control part 3 controlling the air-conditioning secondary pump 2 controls the delivery pressure of the water for air-conditioning delivered from the air-conditioning secondary pump 2 on the basis of the pressure setting function (within a range of an upper limit pressure setting function and a lower limit setting function) calculated in the pressure setting function calculating part 12.
