PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remind a user if the user has not purchased the souvenirs, while avoiding undesired and cumbersome souvenir shops from being displayed if a user has purchased souvenirs when the user goes to a home or another sightseeing area from visited sightseeing area. SOLUTION: If a destination is out of the first sightseeing area (the sightseeing area to which a current location belongs) (S84 positive) and the user has not visited the souvenir shops in the first sightseeing area for a predetermined time (S85 negative), the souvenir shops are searched in the first sightseeing area (S86). The user is inquired that he/she wants to purchase the souvenirs from the souvenir shops found by the search.
