PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate of a PIN type organic light-emitting diode in which structural arrangement of the lamination of an organic layer is simplified, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a laminate of a PIN type organic light-emitting diode comprising an electrode and a counter electrode, and a lamination of an organic layer between the electrode and the counter electrode, wherein the lamination of the organic layer includes a light-emitting layer including an organic substrate of k (k=1, 2, 3, etc.) layer(s), an added charge carrier transport layer formed between the electrode and the light-emitting layer, an additional added charge carrier transport layer formed between the counter electrode and the light-emitting layer, and a barrier layer provided between one of the added charge carrier transport layers and the light-emitting layer. The lamination of the organic layer is formed of an organic substrate of n (n≤k+2) layers and the organic substrate of n layers includes the organic substrate of k layer(s) of the light-emitting layer. The lamination of the organic layer can also be constituted by a method not comprising the barrier layer and in such a case, the light-emitting layer and the added charge carrier transport layer are formed of one organic substrate.
