<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein, when a child rides on a child riding seat attached to a handlebar of a bicycle, the child moves and its center of gravity is changed; and, when a tire of the bicycle rides over some object or a brake is applied, the handlebar of the bicycle is slightly oscillated to make the operation of the bicycle difficult, the bicycle makes a rear-end collision or toppled; and the child or a rider of the bicycle is injured. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Not only a handlebar of a bicycle, in other words, the bicycle is operated by two parts of both palms, but also the bicycle is operated by four parts of both palms and both arms, by three parts of both palms and a single arm when the bicycle makes a turn, and by four or three parts of both palms and both arms or a single arm by providing arm rests at parts where the arms of a rider of the bicycle are located behind the right and left sides of a child riding seat.
