<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor that can adequately perform a retrying process from a top of a band even when retrying is required in a way of the band. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This image processor comprises: line buffer memories 131, 133 that store line information for each unit of line information every time when acquiring the line information; backup buffer memories 132, 134 that store the line information stored in the line buffer memories under a predetermined condition; an output section that outputs the acquired line information and the already acquired line information stored in the line buffer memories to image processing sections 140, 150 every time when acquiring the line information; and an image processing section. When a request for performing image-processing again from a top of a band is acquired, the output section outputs the line information stored in the backup buffer memories to the image processing section instead of the line information stored in the line buffer memories.
