<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder in which binding holes of paper sheets pulled out do not exhibit positional shift when a definite amount of the bound paper sheets are pulled out and inserted into, in the binder for binding the paper sheets by pinching a binding leg under a condition bent in a specified direction. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the binder, a binder body has a base part containing a channel part for storing the binding legs inserted into the paper sheets in the specified direction, a sliding part sliding and moving on the base part between a pinching position for pinching the binding legs and an opening position for opening a pinching condition of the binding legs, and a temporarily holding part which is connected to the base part and temporarily holds the paper sheets by moving a part or the whole of the paper sheets which comes into contact with the binding legs and into which the binding legs are inserted under a condition that binding of the paper sheets by the binder body is released by utilizing the binding holes.
