<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive tape manufacturing method adapted to easily and efficiently remove an unnecessary portion removed. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A projected part 114a is pushed through a cellophane tape 216 against an area 28 stuck to the surface of the portion removed 26 of the adhesive tape 16 in a surface side releasing paper 18, and the area 28 is adhered to the cellophane tape 216 and then removed. Subsequently, the projected part is pushed through a PET thin film 222 against the portion removed 26 of the adhesive tape 16, and the portion removed 26 of the adhesive tape 16 is removed together with the PET thin film 222.
