<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly assisting device allowing a knuckle assembly and a damper assembly to be easily assembled by uniformizing the angle of the knuckle assembly and the damper assembly, and also to provide an assembling method of the knuckle assembly and the damper assembly using the same. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The assembly assisting device has a mounting base 60 on which the knuckle assembly 15 is mounted, a fixing tool 61 for fixing the knuckle assembly 15 mounted on the mounting base 60 to the mounting base 60, and a positioning jig 62 for positioning the damper assembly 16 at the knuckle assembly 15 mounted on the mounting base 60 and fixed by the fixing tool 61.
