摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a formed product having sufficient proof stress and sufficient bending workability at high production efficiency by performing high temperature forming using an Al-Mg-Si based alloy, as an automotive body panel or the like. SOLUTION: An Al-Mg-Si based alloy sheet is subjected to high temperature forming at ≥480°C, is cooled to ≤200°C at a cooling rate of ≥2°C/sec, and is immediately subjected to preliminary aging treatment so as to be held at 140 to 240°C for 15 min to 1 s. Particularly, in the case of an alloy not substantially comprising Cu, the finishing temperature of the cooling at ≥2°C/sec after the high temperature forming is controlled within the range of 200 to 500°C.
