PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power tool capable of surely energizing an end tool toward the front. SOLUTION: The power tool includes: an end tool attachment portion movable in a longitudinal direction relative to a housing; a clutch drum 41 rotated and driven in the forward or reverse direction by a motor taking the longitudinal direction as the axial direction and arranged in the rear of the end tool attachment portion; a spline shaft 42 moving back and forth integrally with the end tool attachment portion, of which connection to the clutch drum 41 is gradually weakened at least according to the forward movement of the end tool attachment portion and is gradually strengthened according to the rear movement of the end tool attachment portion; and an energizing member 46 for energizing the spline shaft 42 toward the front relative to the clutch drum 41. The clutch drum 41 is provided with a hole 41a having a rotation center portion disposed with the energizing member.
