<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly perform maintenance required arising from a siloxane compound included in digestive gas, in a gas engine. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This gas engine system includes the gas engine 2 for providing motive power by explosively burning the digestive gas G1 and G2 including the siloxane compound, and includes concentration detecting devices 4 and 5 for detecting the concentration of the siloxane compound included in the digestive gas G1 and G2, a flow rate detecting device 3 for detecting a flow rate of the digestive gas G1 and G2, and processing devices 6, 7 and 8 for acquiring information on quantity of siloxane compound from a detection result of the concentration detecting devices 4 and 5 and a detection result of the flow rate detecting device 3 and performing processing on the maintenance of the gas engine based on the information on quantity of the acquired siloxane compound.
