<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid spring having a simple structure and a molding apparatus including the fluid spring. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The fluid spring 20 includes a sleeve 50, a hollow piston rod 52 part of which is received in a first chamber 58 within the sleeve 50 and a displacing piston rod 54 disposed at the top end portion of the hollow piston rod 52. A second chamber 72 is formed in the hollow piston rod 52, and the first chamber 58 and the second chamber 72 are communicated with each other via a first communication passage 76 formed between the inner and outer peripheral walls of the hollow piston rod 52 and a second communication passage 78 formed in a lid member 70 acting as one end portion of the hollow piston rod 52. The second communication passage 78 is provided with a check valve 80 that allows operational air to communicate only toward the second chamber 72 from the first chamber 58.
