<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber band for packing which generates less dusts at the time of packing a film roll, a film roll package using the same, and a method of manufacturing the rubber band of packing. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The rubber band for packing has its rubber band surface embossed in a pear-skin form, and a mold release agent is not contained in the rubber band.
