<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire capable of suppressing uneven wear without impairing the high-speed traveling performance. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The pneumatic tire 1 includes a carcass 6 leading from a tread part 2 to a bead core 5 of a bead part 4 via a sidewall part 3, and a belt layer 7 arranged on the outer side in the tire radial direction of the carcass 6 and inside the tread part 2. The belt layer 7 includes at least one fold ply 10 which is folded back at both ends in the tire axial direction toward the tire equator side and provided with a fold-back part 14 with a part between its edges Fe being separated therefrom, and has a reinforcing sheet 11 in which at least a part thereof extends through an inner area 2C between edges 14e, 14e of the fold-back part 14 in the tire circumferential direction in a tire inner cavity surface 2i of the tread part 2.
