<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coverage measurement device for providing a proper coverage measurement result for a test about the input/output result of functions in a program. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This courage measurement device extracts the execution path of a control program to be tested, specifies the range of an input value about functions in an execution path in the control program, sets a discrete division being a space obtained by dividing the input range by a prescribed method, and performs coverage measurement based on the execution rate of the test corresponding to the discrete division.
