The friction ring is arranged diagonal to a diameter plane and diagonal to a longitudinal axis (7) of the pivot axle. A friction surface at the inner wall of the pivot bush is formed in a cylindrical shape. The friction ring is diagonally arranged on the pivot axle over the entire inner length of the pivot bush. The friction ring is inserted into a groove (12) in the pivot axle. The friction ring consists of flexible plastic.
