<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump type hot-water supply device capable of operating with high efficiency under the operation conditions for ensuring sufficient durability of instruments when controlling an air fan of this hot-water supply device. <P>SOLUTION: This heat pump type hot-water supply device is provided with a heat pump circuit 19 constituted by connecting a compressor 15, the water-refrigerant heat exchanger 16, a pressure reducing means 17, and the air heat exchanger 18 sequentially, the air blow fan 21 for circulating air into the air heat exchanger 18, a target boiling temperature setting means 14 for setting temperature of hot supply water boiled by the water-refrigerant heat exchanger 16, a compressor controlling means 28 for deciding operation frequency of the compressor 15 in accordance with the target boiling temperature and target discharge temperature of the refrigerant, and an air blow fan controlling means 29 for deciding target rotational speed of the air blow fan 21.
