<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress overheating of a catalyst of an exhaust emission control device even during closing abnormality in which a discharge regulation valve does not completely close. <P>SOLUTION: When closing abnormality in which an EGR valve does not completely close is not detected (when a flag Fa is a value 0), when an engine is operated accompanying recirculation of exhaust gas in a prescribed high load operation region (when a flag Fi is a value 1), the engine is controlled by using a target fuel injection amount Qf* which is a basic fuel injection amount Qftmp corrected in the increasing direction (S220, S230, S250, S260). Further, when closing abnormality is detected (when the flag Fa is a value 1), upon operating the engine accompanying recirculation of exhaust gas, when the engine is operated accompanying recirculation of exhaust gas in all operable regions, the engine is controlled by using the target fuel injection amount Qf* that is the basic fuel injection amount Qftmp corrected in the increasing direction (S220, S250, S260). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
