<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic composition for preventing or delaying signs of skin aging or reducing its effect and/or, in particular, for intending to accelerate or promoting cure for the cosmetic care of the epidermis or the stratum corneum thereof in the case of damages caused by, especially, ultraviolet irradiation and/or for preventing or delaying hair peeling off, accelerating or promoting hair regrowth, or strengthening weak hair, and/or for promoting nail growth and/or heightening nail strength. <P>SOLUTION: A cosmetic composition using an extract of a plant belonging to the Genus Lepechinia, especially, an extract of Lepechinia caulescens is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
