PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-soluble lubricant utilized as a lubricant of a bottle conveyer for drink containers, etc., having further excellent stability against hard water while maintaining lubricity of conventional polyoxyethylene alkyl ether phosphate. SOLUTION: This water-soluble lubricant comprises 40-90 mass% of polyoxyethylene lauryl ether phosphate (A) and 10-40 mass% of polyoxyethylene myristyl ether phosphate (B), and improves lubricity without being influenced by the hardness of dilution water.
