<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible transparent conductive film and a flexible functional element, having a gas-barrier function and excellent flexibility. <P>SOLUTION: In the flexible transparent conductive film having a transparent conductive layer formed by applying coating liquid for forming the transparent conductive layer on a base film surface, a base film is formed of a plastic film having a gas-barrier function, and at the same time, the transparent conductive layer wherein compressive treatment is applied has conductive oxide particles and a binder matrix as main components. The flexible functional element is characterized in that functional elements such as a liquid-crystal display element, an organic electroluminescent element, an inorganic dispersed electroluminescent element, and an electron paper element are formed on the flexible transparent conductive film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
