PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device of an inkjet printer, which has a high cleaning effect and causes no deterioration of image forming quality due to stain of the inside of a device or clogging of nozzles. SOLUTION: By driving the cleaning device in which a wiper and an air jetting nozzle are integrated, the wiper is moved under a state where it is brought into contact with an ink delivering face while air heated to be equal to or above fixed temperature is always jetted from the air jetting nozzle by actuating a heating means only when temperature is low. The wiper scrapes off and collects ink drops on the ink delivering face and ink fixed thereon. By jetting the air heated to be equal to or above the fixed temperature, the ink drops on the ink delivering face are fed to the wiper rapidly and collected along the wiper without causing deposition or higher viscosity caused by low temperature, so that sure removal of the ink is performed without lowering a cleaning speed.
