<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of adjusting a hearing aid capable of setting an amplification factor ensuring the easiest hearing property to a user by considering sound environment data. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the method of adjusting the hearing aid, a data log is provided to adjust the amplification factor of an output sound pressure level for an input sound pressure level with volume adjustment. This adjusting method includes a data logging step of storing an input signal level and a volume indicating value calculated from the input sound pressure level as the sound environment of the user, a representative volume indicating value calculating step of calculating a representative volume indicating value for each sound pressure section of the input signal level, and an amplification factor calculating step of calculating a new amplification factor for each sound pressure section of the input signal level by using the representative volume indicating value, the preset reference volume indicating value, and the preset amplification factor.
