<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital amplifier for preventing use efficiency of an output signal from being reduced. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A digital amplifier includes: a delta-sigma modulator which quantizes an input signal through delta-sigma modulation to produce a quantized output signal; a power amplifier which produces a pulse-amplified output signal by switching a constant voltage in accordance with the quantized output signal produced by the delta-sigma modulator; and an attenuator 15c which is provided on a feedback loop feeding the output signal produced by the power amplifier back to the delta-sigma modulator for producing a feedback signal by attenuating the output signal through a capacitor.
