<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a control signal for switching signal directions of a bi-directional signal level conversion circuit. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The signal level conversion circuit 70 includes a direction detection circuit HKC1. The direction detection circuit HKC1 receives a signal S1 of a node N2 and a signal S2 of a node N7 as input signals, compares signal levels between the signal S1 and the signal S2, determines whether the input signal input to the signal level conversion circuit 70 is a first input signal input to a first input output terminal PadA or a second input signal input to a second input output terminal PadB, and outputs a signal Sen1 on the basis of the determination. On the basis of the signal Sen1, a switch SW1 of a VCCA system circuit part 1 is turned on/off to connect or disconnect a first latch circuit LATCH1; on the basis of a signal Sen2 being a reverse signal of the signal Sen1, a switch SW2 of a VCCB system circuit part 2 is turned on/off to connect or disconnect a second latch circuit LATCH2.
