<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a board design CAD for easily and quickly simulating board data. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Circuit information, component information 32 and board information 33 stored in a design information storage unit 3 are input in response to a command from an input device 2 to generate board design CAD information 4 including the arrangement of components, wiring and the like laid out on a printed board. Also, the board design CAD has a simulation system 5 for verifying the board design CAD information 4 generated. Preferably, the information needed for the simulation system 5 is automatically generated based on the circuit information, the component information and the board information stored in the design information storage unit 3 and the board design CAD information 4 created.
