<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extensively contribute to environmental engineering of fuel economy improvement and CO2 reduction by making a tire wheel on an automobile generate large rotating torque by rotating it by adding high technology to this wheel since the wheel itself has been simply rotated as an incidental apparatus of an engine without consideration of target technology of the fuel economy improvement concerning energy saving. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This centrifugal type rotation amplifying mechanism is provided with a plurality of blades 4, 5 on a rim part 8 of the tire wheel, furnished with a pressure receiving body in the neighborhood of the blades 4, 5 and constituted to make blade wind pressure work on this pressure receiving body and make the pressure receiving body separately add to and generate torque on an axle.
