<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure exhibiting semipermanent super-hydrophobicity on a sold base material of an arbitral shape, and to provide its easy and effective method for manufacturing. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The structure having the super-hydrophobic surface includes the solid base material (X) and a super-hydrophobic nanostructure composite (Z1) covering the surface of the solid base material (X) wherein the super-hydrophobic nanostructure composite (Z1) is a composite in which a hydrophobic group is bonded to silica (B) in the nanostructure (y1) containing a polymer (A) having a polyethylene imine skeleton (a) and the silica (B).
