<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fan that keeps diffusing a scent for a long time by giving the scent to the fan for diffusing the scent for a long time. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A round fan manufacturing tool that has a round fan paper pattern printed on a square base material sheet. The paper pattern structures a basic outline of a body part element comprising an air-blowing part and a base which is narrower than the air-blowing part and a gripping part element that extends from the lower end of the base of a body structure part to have a side piece part on each of both sides for forming a gripping part cooperating with the base. A scent-printed layer is in the basic outline. When the paper pattern is separated and the side piece parts on both sides are valley-folded, both end parts close or one side extends to lie over one another to form a storage part.
