MASS PRODUCTION METHOD OF KERATINASE AND USE THEREOF

PURPOSE: A massive production of keratinase derived from Bacillus subtilis is provided to economically obtain keratinse and remove keratin from the skin. CONSTITUTION: A massive production of keratinase comprises: a step of preparing pH 7.0 of medium containing 1.0g/L of glucose, 7.0g/L of K2HPO4, 2.0g/L of KH2PO4, 12g/L of soybean meal in distilled water; a step of adding 2 weight% of preculture of Bacillus subtilis SMMJ-2(KACC 91390P); and a step of culturing the medium at 30°C, 200rpm, and 2L/min of air for five days/ A cosmetic composition for removing keratin contains the keratinase.
