PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode display device and a driving method thereof are provided to improve display quality by compensating for brightness imbalance due to the change of the organic light emitting diode. CONSTITUTION: A display panel(116) includes a pixel formed in a cross region of a gate line, a data line, and a sensing line. A bright sensor senses the organic light emitting diode and the brightness of the light according to the input data generated from the organic light emitting diode. A weight calculation circuit(126) calculates the data weight using the sensing signal from a sensing line. A data modulation unit generates the modulation data by adding the data weight to the input data. A data driving circuit(120) changes the modulation data into the data voltage and supplies the data voltage to the data line.
