PURPOSE: A power transmission device of a compressor is provided, which restrains moisture and foreign material from penetrating into a bearing and prevents separation and damage of the bearing. CONSTITUTION: A power transmission device(1) of a compressor comprises a pulley(10), a power transmission unit(20), and a retainer(13c). The pulley is installed in one side of the compressor by combining a bearing combining unit(13) and a bearing(11) and has a damper receiving space(17). The power transmission unit is connected to the inside of the outer ring(21) by a damper(25). The outer ring is combined within the damper receiving space. The power transmission unit has an inner ring(23) arranged concentrically. The retainer is installed in the end section of the compressor of the bearing connection part.
