PURPOSE: A tone wheel assembly integrated with a wheel bearing is provided to assemble a tone wheel without pressure-fit or bolt joint as the tone wheel is installed on a wheel bearing part formed in a drive shaft, so as facilitate assembly. CONSTITUTION: A tone wheel assembly integrated with a wheel bearing comprises a hub(2), a knuckle(3), a wheel speed sensor(4) for car speed measurement, a bearing(5), a seal(6) and a tone wheel(7). The drive shaft(1) driving the wheel is pressure-fitted into the hub. The knuckle is coupled on the hub pressing end of the hub. The bearing rotates the hub with a drive shaft on the knuckle. The seal blocks the external exposure site of the bearing. The wheel speed sensor for the car speed measurement is installed around the knuckle part. The wheel speed sensor for the car speed measurement senses the tone wheel.
